Our Vision

At Capstone Mushroom, we are driven by our vision of a new world: a world where we no longer cling to antiquated nutritional myths, but instead, see possibilities of a new "food pyramid," where Nature and Love reign supreme. We offer Nature's meat of fruits, herbs, and mushrooms abundantly with hopes to radically alter the perception of food and what sustains us. Knowing that depleted soils lead to depleted people, we enrich our community by enriching our soil. Planting life brings forth more life, whereas taking life only takes more life. So instead of choosing death, we choose life and encourage everyone to do the same. One seed turns into a thousand, and a thousand seeds turns into a million, so we will keep planting, knowing that it is only a matter of time until the vision of Heaven on Earth becomes a reality.
